Lesson 23.mp3

This lesson focused on the following statement of At-Tahawi as found in his famous book of creed:

“And He is highly Exalted above limits and goals, and having parts and limbs and appendages.”

As mentioned in the lesson, such statements which may appear somewhat ambigious should be understood in light of the historical context in which they were made. Only then can such statements be correctly understood along with a realisation as to which groups (and individuals) from the people of innovation, kalaam and philosophy were being refuted by such statements.
