This lesson was a continuation on the explanation of the following ambigious statement of At-Tahawi:
“And He is highly Exalted above limits (hudud) and goals (ghayat), and having parts and limbs and appendages.”
There was a discussion on Qadr and how the misguided sects of the past deviated by going to extremes in their understanding of this important matter as well as a clarification on causes and effects, all of which aided in the understanding of the words hadd (plural of which is hudud) and ghaya (plural of which is ghayat), which was the focus of the lesson.
